I ran across a link to this picture and found it fascinating. This dress is not made of just any type of paper. It is toilet paper, tape and glue. It was made for a website called Cheapchicwedding.com and was sponsored by Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum. The top six entries will be displayed in one of the Ripley's Museums.
